This week, October 25th-October 31st menu is as follows:
Friday/Saturday: Crock Pot Pork Chops with sweet potatoes and roasted broccoli
Sunday/Monday: Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings
Tuesday/Wednesday: Doritos Taco Salad
Thursday: Pizza with Salad

We always try to eat the meals I make twice, and I take the left overs to work for lunch. Scott prefers to take a sandwich to lunch. This way, I cook less (only 3-4 meals instead of 7) and have plenty for left overs for lunches. Since I prepare these meals ahead of time, the temptation to eat out is less, which has actually led to us having larger wallets and smaller waists!
